Electrical spring contacts can be produced on a wide array of manufacturing equipment. Prototype quantities and short runs, through large volume orders, are all produced on tooling made by experienced tool makers. Electrical spring contacts can be prototyped quickly using our in-house photochemical milling that can handle material thicknesses from .003″ to .050″. Our several presses and forming equipment use dies that are custom made for long life, high precision and low maintenance.

Faspro Technologies electrical spring contacts can be made from a wide variety of materials including: Beryllium Copper, Phosphor Bronze, Nickel Silver, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and several Bi-metals. Materials may be selectively plated prior to the manufacturing process to save a considerable amount of time and money.

Faspro Technologies maintains sufficient stock in our more popular metals and alloys to ensure we have material on hand to start your program. However when a project requires that we order more material, our approved vendor promptly ships and our team verifies the certificate of compliance and tests the material against your print requirements and standard chemistry for the material ordered. Our quality team monitors all aspects of production from material selection through manufacturing and final inspection.
